In accordance with the requirement of "unmanned duty and fewer personnel on duty", the automatic control system is upgraded to a microcomputer monitoring system, equipped with advanced primary and secondary electrical systems such as monitoring and protection systems, and communication systems, to achieve remote start-stop, load adjustment, and fault warning functions.

Renovate the cooling, lubrication, and speed regulation systems, replace aged valves, pipelines, and pumps to ensure the reliability of the unit's operation; upgrade the excitation system to improve the quality of electric energy.

By installing ecological flow discharge devices and employing intelligent scheduling methods, the system addresses the issue of water reduction and flow loss in the river channel downstream of the dam, improves the effectiveness of ecological flow discharge, and meets the requirements of ecological protection.

Through measures such as enhancing unit efficiency, implementing intelligent upgrades, and carrying out ecological restoration, we aim to achieve intelligent operation and maintenance, standardized safe production, and normalized ecological flow monitoring, ultimately creating a modern green hydropower station.
